Partnering with product management, technology, and other UX colleagues to create optimal online user experience for Elsevier products.
Current work: Journal Branded Solutions, including Cell Press, The Lancet, and 400+ other journals sites. STAR Protocols, an open access online protocol journal.

  • UX lead for squad responsible for Scopus author profiles. Partnering with product manager to redesign profiles to facilitate author assessment. Working on designs and user research.
  • UX owner for Institution Profile Wizard (IPW) investment project allowing customers to manage their institution’s profile data in Scopus. Completed worldwide customer research, prototyping, entire design, and user testing.
  • UX lead for project to launch new “CiteScore” journal metric. Worked to redesign journal pages on Scopus while partnering with product and data team. Led 50+ user testing sessions, and created multiple design iterations.
